We source our Salmon from the Shetlands. The freshness of our salmon is phenomenal and is bursting with flavour. It is visually impressive with a very bright orange flesh. Salmon is a versatile fish and widely used across the UK.

Quarter Side: 225g – 250g

Half Side: 450g – 500g
