Wild Caught off the coast of Scotland. We predominantly fish in the West Coast Scotland (Irish Sea) and North Coast Scotland (North Sea). We guarantee that customers are receiving the freshest native produce. All orders are landed, hand cut & prepared the day prior to being delivered out to customers.

The size of our fillets vary on a weekly basis depending on the catch, therefore we sell by weight. Plaice is recognisable for its orange spots on the dark side of its skin. It has a mild, sweet flavour, ideal for grilling, poaching or frying! Fillets take only 4-5 minutes to cook.

 

This product is suitable for freezing, which we recommend doing immediately in order to retain its freshness.
