Our seafood trailer includes:
- Locally sourced seafood and all accompaniments to create each dish.
- Mobile food trailer (with additional add-ons, including small marquee & tables).
- Cooling equipment & ice. For larger events we will bring our fish van so we don’t require any refrigeration.
- All serving packaging for street food & serving platters for canapés and buffets.
- All staffing for the day to make your day run seamlessly from start to finish. We will take care of prepping, serving, clearing up and taking away the trailer.
- Generator for powering the trailer if no power is accessible.
We are a small team who offer a very friendly service. We are all knowledgeable and experienced in our field. Our aim is provide guests with an unforgettable and unique culinary experience and by providing the best tasting Scottish seafood by our welcoming staff.

- Seafood Street Food – Huge variety of smaller sized dishes. We compliment flavours of the sea and land to wow your guests.
- Oyster Bar – Bringing you Scotland’s best oysters. Exceptionally shucked by our Skipper’s staff.
- Seated Dinner Menus – For a formal event we offer seated menu options bursting with flavours from the coast.
- Canapés – Delicious seafood bites served by Skipper’s staff on platters.
- Buffet & Platters – Seafood platters will blow your guests away and create an unforgettable experience. Please enquire if you are interested in platters for a special occasion or birthday.

Budget
The dreaded word! We will discuss your budget with you. We have so many options in the world of seafood and something to suit everyone but all equally as fresh and tasty! The total price varies depending on how many guests you have, what type of dishes you decide on, where you are based and how long we are at the event for. The packages will be priced per head. Once we have a chat about your requirements, we will present you with a few different options.
