Grey Sole

Wild Caught off the coast of Scotland. We predominantly fish in the West Coast Scotland (Irish Sea) and North Coast Scotland (North Sea). We guarantee that customers are receiving the freshest native produce. All orders are landed, hand cut & prepared the day prior to being delivered out to customers.

Grey sole is a flat fish and also know as Witch. Although customers may not take to their names, we highly recommend trying grey sole. If you are a fan of Lemon Sole then you are guaranteed to enjoy it. Grey sole are highly underrated and therefor excellent value for money.

Upon receiving your Grey Sole, we recommend eating it fresh within 3 days for the best flavour.

This product is suitable for freezing, which we recommend doing immediately in order to retain its freshness.
