Wild Caught off the coast of Scotland. We predominantly fish in the West Coast Scotland (Irish Sea) and North Coast Scotland (North Sea). We guarantee that customers are receiving the freshest native produce. All orders are landed, hand cut & prepared the day prior to being delivered out to customers.

Haddock is one of the most popular species amongst our vast array in Scotland. It is well known for Scotland’s famous fish and chips. Haddock is in the cod family and is a smaller species than cod. It has a slightly sweeter flavour in comparison to Cod. The meat if a firm texture and a mild flavour.

Upon receiving your Haddock, we recommend eating it fresh within 3 days for the best flavour. It is also suitable for freezing, which we recommend doing immediately in order to retain its freshness.
