Ingredients:
- Skate Wing
- Handful of cherry tomatoes
- One clove chopped garlic
- 1 Fresh Chilli, sliced
- Black Garlic
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- Glug of white wine
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
Place your skate wing in an oven proof dish.
Add the cherry tomatoes, garlic, black garlic and lemon on top of the skate wing. Add a generous glug of white wine, salt and pepper.
Put in oven for 15 – 20 minutes, until cooked through. Serve with some roasted potatoes and salad, or roasted veg.
