So simple yet so delicious. This recipe serves two and only takes about 10 minutes to cook.
Ingredients:
Surf Clams
1 Clove Garlic
1 1/2 chilli (adjust to your own spice preference)
4 glugs of olive oil
150ml White Wine
Fresh Parsley
Lemon
Salt and pepper to taste.
Linguine
Instructions:
Put linguine on to boil.
Slice garlic and chilli. Heat up 4 glugs of olive oil and slowly fry the garlic and chilli until soft. This takes about 3-4 minutes.
Add 150ml of white wine to pan with the surf clams. Put lid on and steam until the clams open. Takes about 2-3 mins.
Add the cooked pasta and finely chopped parsley, salt and pepper.
Add a squeeze of lemon and pink peppercorns.
This dish takes the same amount of time as it takes for the pasta to boil.
