Wild Caught off the coast of Scotland. We predominantly fish in the West Coast Scotland (Irish Sea) and North Coast Scotland (North Sea). We guarantee that customers are receiving the freshest native produce. All orders are landed, hand cut & prepared the day prior to being delivered out to customers.

Hake has been most popular in Spain over the years and is now becoming a top seller in the UK. Hake is a member of the cod family, Hake has a soft flesh but firms up once cooked. It has a mild flavour and smaller flake in comparison to cod.

Upon receiving your Hake, we recommend eating it fresh within 3 days for the best flavour. It is also suitable for freezing, which we recommend doing immediately in order to retain its freshness.
