Lemon Sole

Wild Caught off the coast of Scotland. We predominantly fish in the West Coast Scotland (Irish Sea) and North Coast Scotland (North Sea). We guarantee that customers are receiving the freshest native produce. All orders are landed, hand cut & prepared the day prior to being delivered out to customers.

The size of our fillets vary on a weekly basis depending on the catch, therefor we sell by weight. We recommend 150g – 200g person. Lemon Sole is amongst one of the most popular and widely bought flat fish.  It has a longer lasting flavour in comparison to other flounders such as dabs and plaice.

Upon receiving your Lemon Sole, we recommend eating it fresh within 3 days for the best flavour.

This product is suitable for freezing, which we recommend doing immediately in order to retain its freshness.
