Wild Caught off the coast of Scotland. We predominantly fish in the West Coast Scotland (Irish Sea) and North Coast Scotland (North Sea). We guarantee that customers are receiving the freshest native produce. All orders are landed, hand cut & prepared the day prior to being delivered out to customers.
Cod is a white flaky round fish with minimal bones. It has been seen to be used more and more by chefs across the country. It is a very versatile fish and goes well with many flavours and cuisines.
Upon receiving your Cod, we recommend eating it fresh within 3 days for the best flavour. If you like to eat cod when it is firmer then eat it on the first day of receiving it. If you prefer your cod to be more on the tender side then plan to eat it on the 2nd or 3rd day.
Suitable for freezing, which we recommend doing immediately in order to retain its freshness.
