Queen Scallop meat will retain their fresh taste and smell for 3-4 days although we recommend eating within the first 2 days for ultimate flavour. They also freeze very well and retain their quality when thawed out slowly.
Our roe off queen scallops are the only product that we machine process. Our high-tech machine follows the same process as our hand-cut scallops and doesn’t compromise on flavour or quality.
