Wild Caught off the coast of Scotland. We predominantly fish in the West Coast Scotland (Irish Sea) and North Coast Scotland (North Sea). We guarantee that customers are receiving the freshest native produce. All orders are landed, hand cut & prepared the day prior to being delivered out to customers.

Whiting is a smaller fish in the Cod family. Whiting is often overlooked but is a very similar alternative to haddock and cod.

Upon receiving your Whiting, we recommend eating it fresh within 2 days for the best flavour as they are best when very fresh.

Suitable for freezing, which we recommend doing immediately in order to retain its freshness.
